Information submitted through the form is processed using Netlify Forms, a service provided by Netlify. Notifications may be delivered to verbanova.contact@gmail.com through its email provider. The data are not used for profiling or advertising.

Netlify states that form submission data are stored in its system and can be deleted by the site owner. Netlify also uses mechanisms for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework for transfers to the United States. Retention

Messages and associated data are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the professional relationship or comply with legal obligations. Form submissions that are no longer needed should be deleted from the form management system.
